AGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR
Doodie Sweepers will not service any yards where there are aggressive or territorial dogs out in the yard. At any time an employee feels threatened or afraid we reserve the right to discontinue our services.
Our staff carries pepper spray and will use it if a dog(s) are coming at them and they perceive the intent is to bite.
SANITATION
We sanitize our shoes and equipment after servicing each yard to prevent the spread of diseases, but it is your responsibility to stay current on all your dogs vaccinations.
HOLIDAYS
Doodie Sweepers observes the following Holidays and will not be servicing yards: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of these holidays your service will be rescheduled for another day either before or after the holiday.
DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS
Doodie Sweepers can only pick up what we can see. If the property is overgrown with grass, leaves etc then we are not responsible for poop that is hidden from sight.
BILLING
Doodie Sweepers sends out invoices on the 15th of each month for services already rendered. Your balance is due by the 1st day of the next month (this allows approximately 15 days to get your bill paid before its late). If payment is made after the 1st, you may be charged a late fee of $10.
CHANGE OF SERVICE DAY
Our customer base is constantly growing. As it grows and routes change, we may need to change your service day. We will let you know if a change of service day is necessary.
